The Dessert Republic Cafe, India’s first dedicated dessert cafe, has opened its doors in the bustling Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai. Founded by Urvi and Nikesh Gala, who bring over 15 years of experience in the dessert industry, the cafe aims to redefine the dessert experience in India’s hospitality and retail space by offering a diverse menu of global sweet treats.

The menu showcases a selection of international desserts, with highlights such as crispy Greek Waffle Bites, Pizookie, and authentic Japanese Mochi Ice Creams. Exclusive to the flagship outlet, the signature Honeycomb Waffles stand out for their distinctive crunch. Other offerings include indulgent Binge Ice Cream Bowls, Pista Kunefa Ice Cream, and savory items like Nachos and Croissants.
For beverages, the cafe offers a curated menu that complements its desserts. Options range from Fizzy Coolers and Bubble Tea to specialty origin coffees made from carefully sourced beans. Coffee enthusiasts can enjoy a range of options, including Frappe and Cold Brew, while adventurous patrons can try the DIY Yogurt experience.
