Each creation is an adventure in flavors, textures, and indulgence—from Japan’s chewy mochi ice cream to Middle Eastern-inspired kunafa ice cream, to bold innovations like chocolate whiskey ice cream. Every dessert is designed to surprise, delight, and leave a lasting memory.
Take the Pizookie—a warm, skillet-baked delight with a molten chocolate center, crisp on the outside, and pure indulgence on the inside. Whether it’s the Lindt Lindor Pizookie with its smooth, melting truffle core, the Godiva Pizookie loaded with 72% rich chocolate, or the Nutella Pizookie oozing with hazelnut goodness, each version is a masterpiece. I turned it into something bigger—a business about flavor, creativity, and pure joy. My journey? It’s been a wild ride—mixing global flavors, designing spaces that vibe with both nostalgia and the now, and blending business with art. From vision to reality, it’s all about pushing the boundaries of what dessert can be.

Co-founding Oasiss Desserts and The Dessert Republic® Café has allowed me to bring that vision to life—creating spaces where every dessert is more than just a treat, but a celebration. With cafes across Mumbai, I’m thrilled to continue this delicious journey.
